Payment Options
Full payment is appreciated and can be made directly through the checkout process.
If you would prefer to pay by instalments, please contact Maxine at maxine@thinkstrategic.com.au to arrange a complimentary conversation. Together, you can design a package and schedule that works best for you. Instalment payments are processed upon issued invoice.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you notify your coach at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid being charged. Exceptions are, of course, made for unforeseen medical or family emergencies.
Expiry Policy
Package One (4 sessions): Expires 6 months from the date of your first session.
